The German-Furs Network is a private, non-commercial project run by an individual. It is neither a business nor a registered association or any other legal entity — accordingly, information such as a commercial register entry, a VAT identification number, or an authorized representative body does not apply. The disclosure duty under § 5 DDG (formerly § 5 TMG) nonetheless applies, since a certain regularity and structure of operation is sufficient to qualify as a "business-like" (geschäftsmäßig) offering under German law — an intent to generate profit is not required.
